Hello doctor,
I am really unwell and depressed.
I don't feel like doing anything anymore.
Neither I feel hungry nor like sleeping.
My sleep cycle is not at the fixed time
I feel like sleeping very late night and thus get up late.
In my family there is always quarrels going on.
I don't feel like talking to anyone.
I feel like staying alone.
But there is always someone to disturb me.
In class 10 I was an average student but now I have lost interest in studies.
I always feel like crying.
I always feel like I am sick
I don't know what to do, my family don't even understand my concerns. They don't want to take me to the doctor or consult online.
What shall I do doctor I don't how can I get out of this. I didn't have the courage to say all this but somehow I discussed it with you.
Please help me..

seems like you are suffering from depression disorder, needs to evaluate for severity and in case if there is need to start medications as it is treatable
