Visit your dentist for evaluation of root canal done with help of X-rays. In case if root canal looks fine and there are no active infection than teeth might be overfilled which needs to be corrected.
If your pain is relieved by removing the filling material than that indicates that there was overfilling.

In case your problem doesn’t get solved you can consult a good endodontist.
First go take an iopa for confirmation for any problem left. If no problem there may be high points reduce tat. Make it out f contact totally and have an analgesic (esgipyrin)for 2 days two times . And then go for crown after 3 weeks
There may a high point on the restoration (filling ) which is hurting you or there might be some infection still left which will resolve if you have taken prescribed medication by ur dentist

Take tab diclomol BD for 3 days
