After hcg shot how to know if u ovulated
I'm on ovulation induction on day 16. hcg shot 10000 I.u was given had severe pain that day. After that scan was not repeated. It's been 72 hours post the hcg shot there is no changes in the vaginal discharge as well. How to know if I have ovulated or no ? What are the chances of pregnancy?

Ovulation can only be confirmed through ultrasound. And you have to do intercourse for 48-72 hours after beta hcg was given

Ovulation has to be checked only on ultrasound, theres no other way!

In the absence of an ultrasound to document rupture of the egg there is no way to find out you have ovaluted  or not Chances of pregnancy will depend on lot many factors Size of the egg Endometrial thickness Patency of the tubes Seman analysis If all is normal the chances are between 20 to 30%
