Dear Doctor, What foods should I avoid immediately  after first dose of vaccine for few days ? What food I have to take to minimise the side effects and keep the digestive system in place after first dose ? Does yogurt helps ?? Whether plants protein or non vegetarian Protein help in boosting immunity in our body ??

Hi. Nothing to avoid. Eat normal food, drink plenty of water(at least 3 litres per day). Digestive issues are a rare side effect after vaccine, don’t have to worry about any of this.

Hello, for the 1sr dose of vaccination, there is nothing medicine can make hearm.  You are advised to take Pre or Post COVID DIET if you already have Covid 19 disease, you should have the diet which contains optimum Grams of protein as per medical standard it will be provided either Vegetarian or Non veg diet.
