mam, cleaning is a routine procedure, it helps to get rid of deposits and should be done atleast once a year depending on your teeth and gum health. May be u got it done after a long which is why you are feeling huge gaps after the procedure. but dont worry, just get one regular dental checkup done at first to rule out any other problem and also do follow some homecare measures too rinse after every meal do not skip bed time brushing use toothpaste vantej for sensitivity for 2 weeks

Hi mam!        The sensitivity in your case might be because of the exposure of teeth to oral environment after the Scaling. You may use any desensitizing paste, apply it on your teeth, leave it on for 2mins and use the same paste for brushing. Do this twice a day for 2 weeks. It should help you with the sensitivity issue.         Coming to the gaps between the teeth, they are natural and you can maintain them by cleaning in between the teeth with a dental floss or an interdental toothbrush, after every meal or atleast once every night before your sleep. If you maintain this way, you might not even need a dental cleaning very soon. As you know it's always better to prevent than to cure...
Next Steps
Start using the desensitizing toothpaste and floss
Health Tips
Not to use toothpicks for cleaning the interdental spaces. Visit your dentist if your symptoms still persist.

Respected Sir/Madam,scaling has not created gaps in between your teeth..the deposits on your teeth before scaling has caused the spacings as your gums were filled with deposits n thus inflammation of your gums...scaling is nothing but servicing of your teeth with gums to strengthen your teeth from within.after scaling is done a little sensitivity is expected so i would suggest use a sensitive paste for a month or so n to prevent food to stick in between gums and tooth.... use mouthwash for better results.

Hello Actually cleaning is necessary every 6 months. Due to removal of calculus from the tooth ,space is created leading to the food stucking bw the tooth and also the sensitivity. Clean the stuck food after every meal. And use desensitizer toothpaste like Vantej. Apply the toothpaste on the tooth for 1 to 2 min and then using soft brush clean it.

Sir cleaning what you have got it done is not a mistake. It is good to get the cleaning done once in a 6 months. It makes your teeth and gums healthy. By cleaning,  your gums will be free from deposits. There will be mild gap between  gums and teeth so you're  feeling  sensitivity  Start using desensitizing paste with the dentist prescription..
