Afraid of specially office work
How should I get ride off afraid in my life of office work . I always afraid of future if some escalation will come or this is wrong if some body will ask in future how will I answer or scheduled call with customer or internal team how should I get ride .

Thank you for sharing. When your mind perceives something is going to go wrong, bodies reaction to that is fear and anxiety. You are anticipating what is going to happen that is causing the stress reaction. These are automatic thoughts you feel like you have no control over them. You should try and get aware of the feeling of worry the moment it starts and tell yourself you don’t want to worry and you want to feel confident that you will manage it and take a few dee breaths.

Also having a good lifestyle with exercises as a part of the routine and also breathing exercises will help as a preventive measure for developing further anxiety. You should look at a few sessions of therapy as it’s tough to deal with fears and anxieties on your own. You are suffering a lot and should look at taking help.

Hi you are not sure about how to handle the challenges. Worrying & thinking won't help you. To overcome you need to practice how to answer a customer call. Avoid thinking negatively. Negative thoughts makes you to feel afraid

Hey buddy I can understand that u feel tensed and unsure if u will be able to always handle the challenges thrown at u at work or not. Relax ... it’s ok if u don’t have answers to all that ur challenged with. No one can have all the answers. And it would help if we can explore more into what’s the worse that will happen if u don’t know it all. Doesn’t mean u know nothing. U have equipped urself with a certain education and skills. So based on which u will go out there and get a job too. It’s ok to make mistakes and learn from them.

A d the Anxiety is the doubt about all those whether you can get all those from others.. The above A xieth coukd be due to various reasons.. It could be there from your school days too..
