I understand your concern. Difficulty in concentration if of a recent onset may be due to depression or anxiety as well. However if longstanding then you could think of adhd. The way to find out if you have adult adhd or not is to undergo a detailed evaluation with a psychiatrist to confirm the diagnosis. It is easily manageable with appropriate treatment.
