Acne scar no results post co2 laser
Hi I have done my laser co2 as suggested by dermatologist in Mumbai 3 sittings with prp and subscision before I had 3 sittings of dermaroller with subscision and one prp but these all reduced the small scars I had, but not the big concerning one I opted for which is indeed a disappointment I have wasted a lot of money, can someone suggest me a good plastic surgeon who can perform PUNCH EXCISION so that the acne scar concerning me can he handled, I know about dermabrassion, micro needling etc please help me with much excision only. I have also attached my scar image please look into it.Its highly visible

Usually 8-10 sitting of laser are required for scars to improve. Many dermatologists also do perform punch elevation
