Yes CO2 laser will be an effective treatment, but will take time and multiple sittings.for the spots you can try peels and creams which will help get response quickly but nothing instant that will make it alright in less than a week. Also for scars there is no instant treatment - because the scars are depressions due to loss of the underlying support structure and with procedure we induce collagen production which takes time.
