Greetings. Yes fractional co2 is effective and safe form of laser treatment for acne scars and facial rejuvenation. You need to see and get it done by a qualified dermatologist. The down time is about 1 to 4 days. Avoid excess sun exposure. Depending on the depth of scars and your skin color the settings can be adjusted so as to reduce any post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
