What diet i should follow as I have diagnosed with grp 2 acne? Do I need to cut out something from regular diet?

Hi, Avoid junk, processed food, oily food and sweets. Have plenty of water. Eat plenty of fresh fruits. Have more cucumbers, tomato, spinach, watermelon. If you eat non veg then have eggs and fish regularly. Try having coconut water from time to time. It's very good for skin. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan Regards

Hello dear user,hope your doing well,yes if you have acne problem ,you need to modify your diet with healthy and balance nutrition food,which makes you skin glow and helps you to reduce acne.please increase water intake 4-5 liters per day.
