Avoid junk, processed food, oily food and sweets. Have plenty of water. Eat plenty of fresh fruits. Have more cucumbers, tomato, spinach, watermelon.
If you eat non veg then have eggs and fish regularly.
Try having coconut water from time to time. It's very good for skin.
