Acne Problem
I am having acne problem since a year. Already consulted two dermatologists this year, treatment went on for 2-3 months for each but nothing works. They prescribed adapelene gel then they prescribed isotretinoin but still nothing worked. What can I do next? Shall I just go for homeopathy or ayurvedic?

Acne that does not respond to gels or isotretinoin may need a more holistic approach. Along with medication, lifestyle and skin care play a very important role. Please follow these steps: • Diet & Lifestyle: Avoid oily, fried foods, dairy excess, and high sugar. Increase water intake, fruits, vegetables, and good sleep. Stress management (yoga/meditation) also helps. • Skin Care: Use a gentle cleanser twice daily, non-comedogenic moisturizer, and always apply sunscreen in the morning. • Advanced Treatments: Chemical peels (salicylic, glycolic, or mandelic) and medical facials help reduce acne and pigmentation. • Medical Evaluation: Sometimes blood tests (hormonal, PCOS, vitamin D, etc.) are needed for resistant acne. Don’t lose hope—acne is treatable with the right combination of treatments and lifestyle corrections.

I advise you to consult a dermatologist online or in person, share clear pictures, and get a personalized treatment plan. Only after proper evaluation can the right medicines (creams/tablets) be prescribed

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
