Hi, I am a software engineer based out of Hyderabad and was Active corporate cricket player. I had a knee injury last month while playing cricket when one of my team mate's knee hit my left knee from side. Done the MRI couple of times and it shows a ACL tear with horizontal Minuscus tear. Currently I am going through physiotherapy. What are the best treatment at this stage. For 20 days I have immobalize the knee which has caused  alot stiffness and weak muscles. Currently I have more then 120 degree ROM after 10 days of Physiotherapy as advised. Thanks for suggesting.

Hi. Appears that you have complete tear in your acl Ligament that means you might need surgery if any instability symptoms are present. Your stiffness and weakness in muscle are due to pain and immobilisation which will recover gradually depending how good you follow the rehabilitation protocol. Meniscus tear might heal or it may require repair if your pain persists.
Next Steps
Do good rehabilitation. Consider consulting a arthroscopic surgeon to guide you through.
Health Tips
No sports activities. No sitting cross legged, squatting or stairs climbing.
