Acl reconstruction-post op
I had ACL reconstruction surgery on 23 September 2018. I had excessive swelling dues to which I was not able to to achieve mobility in my knee. I've been able to bend my knee up to 90 degrees since a week and half now. I got it checked with the doctor, itseems I've adhesion in my knee which is hampering my knee mobilization. How do I take care of this situation?

Since your surgery was done on 23 sept, its almost 2 months, you also have a range of 90 degree, that is fairly good for the time since surgery, do not think of adhesions at this stage, all you need is good physio, you will  get full range in your knee, within a month if you do physio regularly
