If you are having instability of the knee joint then you need to see an orthopaedic surgeon. He will check you clinically and confirm the diagnosis. If symptomatic complete tear then you will need arthroscopic ACL reconstruction surgery

Avoid sitting Cross legged.
Avoid Squatting-
Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
The ACL tear can be partial or tear depending upon the number of the rupture fibres. If the tear is partial you should go to a physiotherapist get it properly assessed and if its a complete tear you should go for surgery.
Next Steps
go for physiotherapy..ultrasonic therapy for healing, tens for muscle relaxation and wax therfapy for reducing inflammation may required . take rest. then the exercises are to be done and very much important.
Health Tips
For knee..At home: give rest to the knee, avoid full weight bearing to the injured knee and hot water fomentation and some painkiller gel are temporarily helpful.
MRI has already suggestedtear of ACL. However, the findings on your examination are important.
Anterior drawer test, pivot shift test, and lachman test are some of important clinical parameters which will help decide whether your knee has instability or not. An unstable ACL will definitely need reconstruction. It is a fairly common surgery being done nowadays, and there is nothing to be afraid of. With good post op rehab, patients are fit to resume sports activities
Next Steps
Consult me or some other ortho who has resonable exposure in such procedures for examination, and final decision
In my opinion you need to evaluate a case with clinician Orthopedic or a physiotherapist so that they can co relate your present condition with your MRI findings... If the pain is unbearable and unables you to walk and stand.clinician will be performing few tests... but in any case you must start with your physiotherapy sessions... so that you start getting relief.. get well soon take care
Next Steps
Go for a thorough evaluation of your condition
Health Tips
If you are having pain start taking
Tab. Hifanc d thrice a day
Tab pan 40 once a day empty stomach
Hello sir
Your MRI shows complete tear of Acl,
So according to me if it's a complete tear then surgery is important but if ur day today life is not so hectic then u can go for physio for good strengthening program,
But let me tell you one thing very clearly the tear will not be repaired with exs we can just strengthen the surrounding musculature to compensate for the movement,.
Next Steps
Go for a ortho consultation and depending on his advice you should take next step
Health Tips
Avoid walking without braces, keep icing and don't delay the things, start treatment ASAP.

As per the MRI report alone nothing is conclusive. For the all treatment purpose clinical findings are most important. Patients complains of symptomatic instability which is late proven on clinical examination by arthroscopy specialist. This is the basis of treatment being conservative in terms of physiotherapy or surgical intervention. Others factors to consider are age activity level occupation of the patient.
Next Steps
Consult arthroscopy knee specialist to detect symptomatic instability
