If ur reading the mri report then ..i think its not the right way... show the mri to some knee specialist.. may have associated meniscus or cartilage injury which is missed by many radiologists.. get ur self examined by a knee specialist and show the mri.. dont delay

Grade 1 acl tear will not be the cause of pain. There might be some other pathology may be a meniscus tear or cartilage damage or not adequate rest or weakness of your muscles which might be the real cause of pain.
