Acl and meniscus tear
I have near complete tear in acl and grade 3 tear in posterior horn of meniscus. I can't get surgery done till may because of busy schedule(like literally can't take one week off). I'm able to walk now using knee brace but will there be any harm after waiting this long for surgery?

You can wait. In the mean time develop your quads & knee mobility. Use a stick in the other hand while walking.

No harm. Meniscectomy and ACL reconstruction are planned surgeries , giving similar results whoever done.
