Hi all,
I've been suffering from indigestion for a year now. My symptoms are smelly gas, incomplete evacuation and mild burning in my stomach and lower abdomen. Whenever I take ppi, all my symptoms reduce by 80% but I have been taking it for 2 months as per doctor advice but he is telling me to continue it to reduce acidity. My symptoms flare up when I eat a little spicy/oily/sweet/processed food even after taking (ppi+ Levosulpride with pegfiber) My endoscopy, colonoscopy, and blood reports are normal. Can someone suggest any treatment so that I don't have to be dependent on ppi's everyday? Is there a way to cure this problem permanently?
