Hello. While Google is definitely a boon it can also be a cause for anxiety provoking situations. You need to disconnect for a while and try tech detox if possible. If you are always drawn to technology to find answers, there will be positives and negatives both. And while the mind can be conditioned to over think and over generalize, it will only make matters twice that its actual size. Also, here more than google, your fears also need to be addressed. Once you take care of them with a therapist, you will be at much ease.
Next Steps
Disconnect from technology for a bit. Use your phone or laptop only for specific time of the day if possible. Try journalling and writing down a few emotions. Do meditation or breathing for every ten minutes daily.

Hello , They say half knowledge is more dangerous thn ignorance and that’s true and that’s exactly what’s happening with you, the amount of dangerous and nonsense knowledge you are accumulating in your search in google has become the root cause of your suffering. Mind has now gone into an auto pilot mode whr it’s almost become like a obsession to connect small things with grave diseases and a compulsion to check on google and that’s why you might be also showing mild features of depression.
Next Steps
Break this cycle, if you want to find out, search at the right places and consult some one who can understand and clear your doubts.

We generally think Google has all the information  but sometimes it could be misleading, so please stop Google everything, it will make you anxious only.   Pains and fatigue could be due to long term stress and unresolved emotional problems nevertheless you can get your full body tests done once to rule out any physical issue and if it comes out normal then I would suggest to consult a Psychologist once.
