It's inflammation. Hot foamentation with boric powder two times a day clean it properly. Locally apply T bact ointment+ fucidin ointment in 1:1 to apply locally after cleaning. Augmentin duo 625 three times a day after food for seven to ten days.zerodol sp three times a day after food for five to seven days. MONTEK LC ONE at night for five to seven days.

This is infected. Kindly show a doctor in person near you, this will require regular dressing and antibiotics at first. If it doesn't heal, it may be required to debride it (minor procedure to be done)
