Hi , As your BMI is 26.1 kg/m2 it clearly shows that you are overweight and your metabolism is also beyond the normal range of 22-24 kg/m2 But since you are just 25yrs it’s highly recommended to focus on a sustainable and practice diet plan which can be followed through to achieve your weight loss & fat loss goal Though you haven’t mentioned any details of your omad, it’s gonna be super difficult to suggest how many kg a week you might loose as your BMR is 1000-1200kcal 2nd part of your question I would like to answer by saying that no pill no vitamin supplements can ever fulfil your requirements or shortfall of any nutrients as food itself isn’t 100% bio-absorbable forget about supplements in which hardly 30% get absorbed
Next Steps
Ideally I would need your family history and your eating history to help you understand how well your Omad will work for you
Health Tips
In the meantime you may ask your nutritionist to give you a complete breakdown of the macros & micros to help you further get a hawk-eyed view
