From one one month he is is full of negative thoughts. Like if he is driving he thinks that he jump the red light or he hit someone then he go back like 10 miles and see again.

Negetive thoughts, ruminitive and obsessive thinking, doubting and checking call occur in mental health disorders like obsessive compulsive disorder or depression.he needs a detailed evaluation to understand this better, formulate a diagnosis and plan a Treatment.
