About morning walk
I am diabetic and having problem of BP. Most people warns that it's not safe for to morning walk in such weather. Really it not safe for going to morning walk. PlZ suggest me.

Morning walk is not a problem even with someone having diabetes and high blood pressure. Considering your weight, I would rather advise on regular walks as well maintaining a healthy diet. However while going on morning walks make sure to wear sweater and cap along with other warm clothes as tolerated by you to accommodate for the cold weather. I noticed you have mentioned you are not on any medication despite having diabetes and blood pressure. Kindly consult for further medical and dietary management.

Walking is a good exercise for diabetes and Hypertension control. If you cannot go out then walk at home or roof or even climbing up and down stairs can be good exercise. Try Walk at Home videos at you tube it will help

It all depends on how used you are to physical activity.  If you have never gone for a walk in your life then it is not safe to start now. But if you have been going for a walk for a few months or years then you can continue now also.

Walk when the sun is up and the weather is not really cold and exposure yourself to direct sunlight while walking in park etc

Most people dont know what they say. Dont take everyones advice. 125kg is morbid obesity. High risk zone for heart attacks. You have to walk atleast 30 to 40mins daily and diet till your weight reaches below 100 ,then you can start slow jogging or gym. Till then 1.daily mandatory walk and 2. strict diet.

Their suggestion is to avoid exposing to cold weather Not about the walk The cold weather is not good Prefer to walk above 8 or 9am
