About emergency cervical stitches
Hello , I am 17th week pregnant with ivf conception. All was good ( double marker n NT scan) but suddenly I was started to bleeding at midnight n rush to the hospital. Doctor told after scan my inner n outer os has opened n tr is a small blood clot from where it was bleeding. They did emergency cervical stitching a minor OT. Before 1 week to bleeding only my cervix length was 3.5 n cervix was closed but please tel me why it's opened n became to shorter length 2.2 within 1 week. I am completely restless. Doctor told me it was 1 cm opened n may b 7 to 8 stitches they took n told me to take complete bed rest n avoid any work. Baby is fine now . Plz try el me is it going to be fine na with remaining 5 months n bleeding won't come back na? I am in shock right now n worried about next months . Pls help
