Cervical length
Hi im 16weeks pregnant and my cervical lenghth is 3cm. Having alot of pressure in lower abdomen and vagina. My doctor suggested for cervical stitches. Should i do it at 16weeks. My cervical length at 14 weeks in Nt scan was 3.20cms

If you don’t have a history of recurrent pregnancy loss, past history of preterm delivery , or previous history of a cervical stitch ( encerclage)
Then a cervical length above 2.5 cm is normal.
As far as the pain in lower abdomen and vagina, you need certain investigations to be done. There are other causes for it, which will require some treatment.
