I'm an 24years old and my height 5.4
And weight 46kgs
I think I'm under weight how can I increase my weight in a healthy way
I'm a software engineer max 10hrs I will be there on laptop
Maybe because of seating continuously I got gastric problem and belly fat
I'm thin and having this belly fat looks so odd is there any precautions to follow
