I'm an 24years old and my height 5.4 And weight 46kgs I think I'm under weight how can I increase my weight in a healthy way I'm a software engineer max 10hrs I will be there on laptop Maybe because of seating continuously I got gastric problem and belly fat I'm thin and having this belly fat looks so odd is there any precautions to follow If possible can you please suggest me the correct diet to follow
