I think I have asthma?? I'm not sure????

I think I have asthma but I'm not sure? I'm 12 years old and my half sister used to have it really bad. I struggle to breath after a couple of minutes on the trampoline and am out of breath after running up stairs sometimes I start to wheeze sometimes after simple exercise as well. I have no allergies either apart from a rare reaction to cats fur . Is it asthma?
