Abnormal Bleeding
Hello Docter, today my wife visit one Docter for consultation for bleeding but Docter asked for ultrasound and after saw ultrasound she told us for D AND C and also she told it will be very dangerous, so i am very afraid for my wife what kind if danger and what happened to her so please help me out it will curable or it is really very dangerous.
For this I am attaching ultrasound report for your concern.

She should have a hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy as the ultrasound shows thickened endometrial lining. Is she checked for pregnancy by serum beta HCG ? Please check before going for any procedure

D&C is required as of now as the endometrial thickness is 44 mm. This must have happened as she didn’t get her periods regularly. In pcos due to irregular periods which happen once in 3- 6 months sometimes, these type of issues are seen.
Next Steps
Go for D&C now.
To avoid these kind of issues in future, use T Duphaston 10 mg from day 18-24th day of period to get the period regularly so the endometrial layer is shed periodically.

Lifestyle modification:
Exercise daily for 20-30 minutes
Weight reduction is advised if overweight
High protein diet like egg whites, sprouts, green leafy vegetables, dal.
Limit carbohydrates like rice, sugars.
Plenty of water 3-4 litres per day.

Yes dear you need to get d and c followed by biopsy of endometrium
Next Steps
Hyperplasia of Endometrium is sometimes a precursor of uterine cancer. It is not cancer but it may in few cases lead to cancer. So please definitely get a d and c done to be on the safe side

Hi.Since the Endometrium is thickened Abnormally and not normal D&C is required . Biopsy of the tissue will help you in proper tt .
