Abnormal menstrual bleeding

Hello, Im currently experiencing abnormal menstrual bleeding. It's second time, I'm facing this problem and it's happening just after the day I had intercourse.pleae let me know how to stop this abnormal bleeding. Thanks in advance

Take Tablet Trapic MF three times a day for three days

If still no relief and abnormal irregular periods persists 1. Serum TSH 2. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness on day two of periods
