Abnormal bleeding
Hello doctor, My wife facing abnormal bleeding so for this issue docter did first D and C  in Feb 2020 after that medicine advise by docter she was take but due to lock down we not able to visit docter and she take medicine (crina ncr and savista) some time when she face similar issue. After all this she visit docter in this week and doctor again advise for d and c and some test. So please advise I am attaching ultrasound and one more test

Dand C is required again. To prevent future problems from occurring treat PCOD with proper medication. Take Medication regularly . You can try cyclical pills like Dronis -20 from day 2 of next periods after Dand Cas advised by your doctor
Health Tips
Endometrial thickness is a side effect of increased estrogen levels of PCOD. Check TSH . You need to control PCOD with Dronis and Metformin and inositol supplements to prevent endometrial thickness from becoming so much .

the endometrial thickness is too much.. need a D n C but what was the 1st d n c histopatho report that is d n c materials biopsy report.. because on  that report further management can changed...
