I am suffering from thigh stiffness and pain due to abductor muscle swelling and inflammation and it increases after sitting long and decreases after walking I am taking tendocare from 1month but the problem is still there

You need to consult and get your condition diagnosed before you and get on with any treatment, I do not understand why you are taking Tendocare, when your muscle is aching. Its better to consult and get investigated.
