You can go to a nearby govt setup for the vaccinations. As per the IAP guideline the vaccinations can be deferred for a maximum period of 3 weeks. Alternatively you can wait till the lockdown period is over in a couple of weeks and get the child vaccinated

U may give MMR vaccine after 9 months of age . It can be given any time after 9 months completion . But dont extend it too much as measles is also a viral disease which may rise due to lack of vaccination in lockdown period .
Next Steps
i would advice you to visit a pediatrician nearby and get ur child vaccinated as soon as possible .

As per Indian academy of paediatrics 9th month mr vaccine is primary vaccination and it should not be delayed. Delhi government hospitals are giving vaccine. Lockdown may or not get extended but definitely corona infection is going to stay for at least couple of months.
Next Steps
go to nearest government hospital
Health Tips
take online opd registration if possible
