Thank you for sharing clearly 🙏. I understand your concern — a **4.2 cm non-toxic goiter, stable in size for 4 years, with normal thyroid profile and kidney issues**. You want **non-surgical, metal-free Ayurvedic options**. --- ## 🔎 Understanding * **Non-toxic goiter** = thyroid swelling without over/under function. * Since there’s **no growth in 4 years**, it seems *benign and stable*. * Surgery is only needed if: size grows rapidly, compresses airway/esophagus, or cancer suspicion. * Many classical Ayurvedic goiter medicines (like Kanchnar Guggulu) contain **Bhasma (metal/mineral preparations)** → best avoided due to your kidney condition. --- ## 🌿 Safer Metal-Free Ayurvedic Options These are **herbal only**, safe for kidneys: 1. ****** Bark Decoction ()** * Dose: **20 ml, twice daily, before meals**, with equal warm water. * Works as a mild thyroid corrective, anti-inflammatory, reduces glandular swelling. * Ensure it’s from a good brand (without added bhasma). 2. *****+ ***+ ****combinations** (often available as tablets/capsules) * Helpful for reducing swelling/edema without stressing kidneys. 3. ******powder** (½ tsp at night with warm water) * Mild detox, supports metabolism. 4. ******+ *********** in diet daily (natural anti-inflammatory). --- ## 🥗 Lifestyle & Diet * Avoid **cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, soya** in excess (can enlarge thyroid). * Prefer **warm, light, easily digestible food**. * Daily **neck yoga** (gentle stretching, Matsyasana, Bhujangasana, Ujjayi pranayama). * Regular sun exposure (Vitamin D support). --- ## ⚠️ When to Monitor * If swelling suddenly grows, becomes painful, or you feel difficulty swallowing/breathing → immediate doctor review. * Thyroid profile every 6–12 months. 👉 Do you want me to suggest a **ready-made branded herbal (metal-free) formulation** available in India that combines these herbs, so you don’t have to prepare kwath daily? Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

As reports are normal and there is no progression in size of goiter, there is a hope for its regression, but before giving medicines, need some physical examination and do prakruthi pareeksha, so better consult the doctor physically
Next Steps
You can start with Gomutra arka 5ml mixed with 50 ml of warm water, Varunadi ghrita 10ml in 20ml warm water, after food

A 4.2 cm non-toxic goiter that has remained stable in size for 4 years and with normal thyroid tests is usually considered benign and slow-growing. In such cases, surgery is not always mandatory unless it causes compression, cosmetic concern, or starts growing. In Ayurveda, there are metal-free herbal options that may help in reducing swelling and supporting thyroid balance, such as: Kanchanar Guggulu (preferably a classical preparation without bhasma/heavy metals) Varunadi Kashayam / Decoction Triphala (for detox support) Haridra (Turmeric), Guduchi, Punarnava – useful for inflammation and glandular health ⚠️ Since you have kidney issues, formulations must be chosen carefully and customized, avoiding heavy metals, high sodium, and strong diuretics. 👉 I recommend you consult me directly with your kidney reports and thyroid details, so I can guide you with a safe, personalized Ayurvedic prescription.
