Pregnancy is a physiological condition that leads to a lot of changes within the body. There is also an increase in the blood volume. What you are feeling right now known as palpitations which may be normal in pregnancy but you should be examined by a doctor to rule out any cardiac cause.
Next Steps
Visit a Gynae for examination, avoid strenuous exercises
Health Tips
Do not take any medication on your own

It is known as palpitations. It is just your awareness of your heart beat. Nothing abnormal about it.
