Weight reduction is very much necessary. Go for Thyroid profile. Follow healthy lifestyle. Daily exercise and yoga. Avoid refined carbohydrates and fats.

If someone tells you that your weight is an issue will you stop trying to conceive ? I am sure your answer to this question will be "No". Then you should try to convince. If you don't succeed within 6 months you should consult a Gynaecologist.

Weight loss is a journey not a destination Planning pregnancy n losing weight should go hand in hand You should connect with the dietitian for a proper diet chart so that you don't gain too much of weight in pregnancy Also at age 33 you should plan pregnancy as soon as possible rather than wasting time losing weight

Your BMI is on the higher side. Reducing weight definately increases the chances of conception. You can follow healthy diet and lifestyle and aim to reduce atleast 10 percent of your body weight. Please connect for further advice on this
