I had conducted a normal full check up very recently and although I don't have any ailments at this point in time, my TSH value was at 6.7, HBA1C @6.1,Vitamin D and B12 deficiency.
I met the doctor and he said my weight is my problem and I have to follow a proper diet and exercise to lose my weight soon and things will be in place.
Age: 28 years
Weight : 108 Kgs Height: 186 cms
Ideal weight suggested: 75-80 Kgs
Question: Apart from the diet my dietician has also suggested me to take "NUTREVINCE SLIMS" for about 3 months and regular physical exercise. Cost apart, I would like to know if this has any side effects at all and is it a good option to consume to aid weight loss along with following the prescribed diet and physical exercise??
