3 MONTHS POST ACL RECONSTRUCTION
I had ACL Reconstruction 3 months back I'm getting grinding sensation while straighten my knee every time is that normal sir. And also getting sound and movement while doing varus stress test it's positive.

Results of ACL Surgery depend a lot on your post operative rehabilitation program. Proper physiotherapy and guided program is a must for best results. Kindly follow the advise and do proper physiotherapy.

Share your mri report for LCL comment .Do quadriceps, hamstring & vmo exercises.
Next Steps
Do regular exercise for post ACL rehab.

The stability of the joint depends on the muscles also not only the ligament that they have reconstructed. Get Physiotherapy done… follow your doctor suggestion…. Trust on the treating doctor is the most important thing…
