100 fever since 24 hours
Hi doctor,
My brother aged 28, having fever continuously 100+ since 24 hours. We have given dolo 650 4 tablet so far but fever is not reducing. I did cbc. And cbc is normal. I am in Bangalore and it is heavy raining here since 4 days.
I am little worried that why does fever not come down even after 4 tablet??
He is not having other symtom

Keep giving these medicines. It could be viral fever. Rpeat CBC after 3 to 4 days and get dengue serology test. Take proper rest and plenty of liquids.
