  4. High fever after every 5 hours.

High fever after every 5 hours
Hi Doctor I am having fever from past 5 days. When ever I take Nicip plus or and paracotml tablet I am good. But after 5-6 hours the fever comes back and also I have slight cough. When I get fever it is with chill and fever once I take a tablet again it goes off for 5 hours. Please suggest me what to do in this condition

Please check for malaria and urine infection. Blood for MP , CUE.
