Viral Fever Severe Cough since 24 hours
Dear Doctor,
I am 73 lady at home.
Got exposed to fever on saturday morning.
Fever and Severe Cough since last 24 hours
For cough taken Honitus Ayurvedic liquid med.
Little relief but cough continues time to time.
Should i start Dolo650 and any antibiotics ?
Please advice treatment / medicine.

Dear sir/ma'am, don't worry. You'll feel better soon. Take Dolo only if you have running temperature or headache. And regarding the cough, I need few other details whether it's a dry cough or associated with sputum. Kindly don't be in a rush to start antibiotics. If you wish, you could consult me. Thank you

Please take crocin or dolo when you have fever or pains, drink lots of warm liquids, rest....if not better please consult
