RAT is not conclusive. Typhoid can be falsely positive. Treat as per Covid. If confirmation required, get a HRCT

CRP is a marker of inflammation wich can be raised in any infection. Single widal test is not confirmatory for typhoid, an increase in titre is required to confirm typhoid infection. Kindly monitor for any other symptoms closely Monitor SpO2 and temperature regularly If SpO2 falls below 93 kindly do consult a doctor. A negative RT PCR report doesn't conclude that a person doesn't have covid infection. Kindly do not panic Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or condition gets worsened. Stay hydrated, have a protein rich diet.
