After 3 days with persistent high fevers, my 10 month old son (weighs 10.5kg) is finally on his path to recovery. However, his appetite has gone down significantly today. About just 360 ml breastmilk and some spoons of a fruit, porridge and about 80-90 ml water. He is active but simply refuses to eat. I don't have the heart to forcefully feed him, anything can do more to help him. ( he has lost half kg of weight in 3 days)

Weight is normal for age. Appetite going down is expected after fever. It will recover in a few days. Don't force feed or he will vomit. If he is active, no need to do anything extra. Give whatever he accepts
