Today morning ie16.12.19 when I was walking from Annanagar towards Thirumangalam I saw a huge pipe placed on the platform by the civic authorities with any care for pedestrians before turning to Thirumangalam on the left side.As there was no place to move freely I went to the left side to go where there was little gap.When I took about ten steps I slipped because of slippery ground and to fall down I extended my left hand to hold.There was iron fencing and my left hand little finger got deeply cut and also bruises happens inthe right hand.As the blood from little finger was flowing I came to your hospital which was nearby.Immediate attention was given by reception and sent to the dressing room.There two nurses attended ,cleaned little and waited for doctor to come.He came within ten minutes and after examining he instructed the nurses to give TT injection which they did.Then doctor came and explained that as the wound was deep two stitches have to be done and wound and surrounding areas to be cleaned thoroughly.He did this in a very professional manner without much pain.After the procedure he has prescribed some medicines for three days and informed to meet the doctor at Tnagar as I am staying there for removal of stitches..Everything was done within 90 minutes and they took card payment at reception.Now i am feeling better and the pain in the little finger is there but reduced a lot.When I continue with the medicines I may be better.I want to thank Dr.Karthik who took care of me immediately and also making me very comfortable,explaining everything in simple language and also the nurses reception lady who attended.Overall a satisfying experience.Keep up the good work.Thanks

Self and my family have very very good experience with Dr.Rekha, Dr.Karthik and Dr.Kalavathy... All are so friendly and professional and they stand by rules and registrations to the core.. We travelled to USA and came here for vacation still whenever Dhanvika has any complains small or big, I call Dr.Reka, she will direct in wright direction.. And my daughter loves the way Dr.Rekha handling her.. ❤️

She was forthright and didn't shy away from presenting the facts about the child's health situation. She provided a thorough explanation of both the problem and the proposed solution. We just simply followed through her instructions and my son was on his recovery path within 48hrs of treatment

The best thing my kids love about Rekha mam is her patience and Cheerfulness, she lightens up the mood of even sick kids in no time and very patiently explains why a particular medicine has been prescribed and most importantly we always wonder how she manages to remember each and every patient of hers by name.

The first thing i have experienced with Dr.Rekha is about her positive approach towards child and parents ,she is absolutely amazing in explaining the health issues for both present and future ,her kindness ,patience and friendliness make us feel comfortable and very much satisfied to get clear about our child health ,must refer doctor for child care

I was diagnosed patiently and performed surgery with implants. Post care at the hospital with multiple visits by him in person enabled my recovery quickly. Today painlessly, he removed stitches and I am near normal. My, heart full. Thanks and prayers for his continued great service to the society.

The only problem is we have to wait more to visit him since visit is purely based on first come first serve

Consultation prescription of Medicine is very good.

Waiting period may be reduced by fixing the appointment for every 15 minutes for each patient

and requesting them to be there 30 minutes. If they are not reporting the next person may be given a chance. My humble suggestion is the waiting period should be reduced in future. Gunavathi Raju
