Ms. Reshmi Sahadevan

I am an RCI certified (A45271) Clinical Psychologist. I have completed my MPhil from NIMHANS in 2010 following which I have been in private practice. I have previously worked Mindtalk Cadabams and Human Dynamic. I like to think of my therapy style as eclectic as I choose the kind of therapy or therapies that best suit my client. I work with CBT, humanistic, attachment and insight related techniques.Though I work with adults, adolescents and couples, I am passionate about my work with women and adolescents as I feel by empowering them I am helping more than one person. I also feel that the problems faced by them are ever changing and extremely challenging given changing social structure in our country. As a therapist, I endeavor to provide a space that is safe, non-judgmental and genuine to my clients.
