Doctor Hemlatha and Sreshtha were good. They listened to my case well and noted down the points as well. However, even before I took the chair and started narrating my problem, I was told that I can only use half an hour because I booked the appointment through practo. I was not expecting a time limit being told to me even before taking the chair properly :) Stress and anxiety patients take time to open up. Other thing is, I had to pay 1000 Rupees cash for this brief session without being given any acknowledgement like a consultation slip or a prescription or a payment receipt etc. (even though I understand giving a full-fledged prescription may be early at this moment). It's difficult to claim for reimbursement such medical expenses without proper acknowledgement. I did ask for it but didn't get it. This made me think what was the value that I got in return of paying 1000 Rs. for the brief session. Other than this, the visit was good and I felt quite comfortable at the clinic. I would like to visit them again to know more about the therapies that can help me improve.
