Ms. Rebecca Mathews

Rebecca has been a very patient therapist. What I liked about her approach the most was that she allowed me to make my own decisions on how I wanted to resolve my issues and gave me the support to identify the right pace to make certain choices for myself. I would strongly recommend her if you’re looking for a safe space to share your feelings.

I have had a very productive time with Rebecca, I’ve usually called her about my anxiety and general life issues that I need help dealing with. She’s been encouraging, non judgemental, respectful and insightful. Also she’s always on time, which is very respectful of my time as well as hers. There have been times where I’ve been more emotional than I thought i could be, and speaking to Rebecca only reassured me that it’s normal for me to feel these things. In other words, I end up feeling good and light hearted after speaking to her.

Rebecca was precisie in what she said and had a lot of patience while I was completing the question. She greeted me well and I felt welcomed and cared for.

I love Rebecca, I find it super easy to talk to her and I enjoy our sessions because she is a great resource and seeing her over the last two months has helped a lot as she usually shows me perspectives that I don't see myself.

She's super friendly and is on the younger side which has helped me alot as she understands the generation I come from.
