Visited doctor for my Dad. Mom went with him, Kala spoke to my dad at length and was to communicate the next steps to my Mom. She had few patients waiting so she told my Mom she will tell her next steps on the phone. My Mom tried messaging, calling but no response. Sent messages to the doctor, clinic to no avail, past 4 days no response.

Finally booking another therapist and starting from scratch. Counselling itself is stressful, just did not need this in life.

If it was money that was needed would have gladly paid. If it is not money and just unprofessionalism then i suggest you should take up a Hobby which does not affect other people.

Dr. Kala has been an invaluable source of support in my life. *** ** *** ** *** **** ******** ********** *** ****** She was yawning and looking at her phone most of the time I was explaining what I am going through and she came to a conclusion that I need to get 5 tests done that costs INR.7000/-, without even being empathetic or asking questions along the way to understand the issue better. *** *** ********** *********** ***** ***** ******* *** ******* **** *** ****** ** *** **** *** ** ********* ** ***** ***** *********. She came to a reckless conclusion about me in the first meet. I wonder how is she still a therapist! Please don't go to her, she is terrible at what she does.
