Doctor is friendly and listens patiently when diagnosing. I was advised for laser lsi procedure.The procedure was smooth and I barely felt any pain or discomfort.Post operation I am experiencing slight discomfort but no pain.If you are facing pain from fissure /hemorrhoid /piles Dr. Parameshwara should be your first choice

I visited Dr.Parameshwar's clinic in HSR Layout last week with acute pain due to piles/fissures. I was happy with Doctors diagnosis and the way he explained me the surgical option (Laser). After 4 days my surgery was scheduled at SMILEs clinic Mattikeri. I was very happy the way surgery was handled and it just took 2 days to get started with my regular activities. I really appreciate Dr.Parameshwar's friendly attitude towards his patients and giving them enough time to clarify all their doubts and queries. He really made me comfortable before/after surgery.
