Very disappointing experience with Dr. Shartath at Green View Center

I booked my appointment through Practo and paid ₹1,000 as the consultation fee. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the consultation.

After looking at my previous reports, the doctor immediately said that my case was not his area and asked me to consult the same doctor I had previously been consulting. I understand that a doctor may not be able to take up a particular case, but I expected my concerns to at least be properly heard and for me to be examined before reaching that conclusion.

I tried to request the doctor to examine me, but he seemed to be in a hurry and was also repeatedly leaving to attend to other patients. The consultation felt extremely rushed, and I did not feel that I received a proper medical consultation for the ₹1,000 fee that I paid.

I consulted Ruchi Mam for my Mom. My mother had lot of pain due to Tonsil. *** ********* *** ******** *** **** I would like to speak about the nature of the doctor. In pandemic times when there had been lot of confusion and lack of information ... Ruchi Mam handled the case very professionally. She spoke with my Mother multiple times and gave confidence. It was like as if we'd known Ruchi Mam for a very long time. She built very good rapport with my Mother. We can say that Ruchi Mam went beyond her supposed duties while treatment of my mother. *** ** **** *** * **** ****** *** *** a very good person also.

I recently underwent knee surgery at Greenview Medical Centre, and I am extremely grateful for the treatment I received. From the initial consultation to the post-surgery care, the entire process was handled with ***** professionalism and compassion.

The doctors **** ****** ************* *** explained every detail clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease before the surgery. The nursing and physiotherapy staff were also very supportive, attentive, and caring throughout my recovery period. The hospital maintained excellent hygiene standards, and the facilities were well-equipped.

Had been suffering from Fever for more than 5 days, with a lot of Paracetamol and Antibiotic, but the fever was persisting. We went to the doctor in a critical stage of fever in the late evening, also during days of COVID-19 lockdown. The doctor was so friendly, went through the reports carefully, not only prescribed the medicines, also explained each medicine the reason why he prescribed. With one set taken during the night, the fever went away. There is another four days of medicine to go. Right away, lots of relief, both physically and mentally! Hope you understand why I say so...
