Dr. Nafeesa and team are great. Before following their diet, I almost tried everything under the sun starting from low carb to Intermittent to Paleo to GE to Military diet but nothing worked. My 3 month program helped me shed 6-7 kilos. The best part was that I didn't make any changes to what I eat. Only made changes to some bad eating habits and the results were consistent. This diet has helped me make a change in my lifestyle.

My only hope is that they can add more human interaction during the diet. Every week I was contacted by an assistant Dr. on WhatsApp to follow up on my diet and to check how I was doing. I liked the 2 calls I had with Dr. Nafeesa more than the WA chats. Overall, their team is very quick to respond, I never had to wait for a day to get answers to my queries. Truly professional and impressive. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to loose weight without any BS.

Very good experience, clarified lot of misconceptions, hypes in the market, natural and simple approach. Joined for a six month program feel wonderful after 4 months with 12kg of weight loss.

It was really good to meet her. She's a doctor who listens and has a healthy approach towards weightloss rather than just seeking the end result.

The doctor is very friendly and good. She hears the issue. Plus, the response on message system is also responsive. But, I am unhappy with the package. I don't think that paying 15k for two diet plan Is worth it. Messaging and helpline support isn't as worth as close loop treatment where patient can directly meet the doctor. There are better alternatives available which would be little more beneficial than What this offers at a more affordable rate.
